Now I continue to write about things that happen in my life, good and bad, from issues of race, health care, self-esteem, and political views to making music and writing lyrics. I have also lived long enough to learn that there is a God and that God is concerned about his creation, the human race, and our relationship with Him because it affects the way we care for his creations, not only the earth but each other. My poetry is intended to inspire, enrich, educate, entertain and help evoke opportunities and safe spaces for healing dialog to begin.
